Our COVID-19 Repsonse
A-Line Distributors is committed to providing our customers with the best possible service during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The health and welfare of our customers, staff and our communities will remain our top priority. As such, we have implemented the following protocols at all of our locations:
Employees who develop symptoms (cough, fever or difficulty breathing), or who believe they have been in contact with someone with the COVID-19 virus must stay home and call Health Link 811 for instructions.
Notices posted on front doors of all offices advising customers, suppliers or other visitors, not to enter if they have symptoms, have been in contact with someone with the virus, or have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.
Social distancing rules have been implemented at our service counter.
Hand sanitizer is available at all customer service counters.
Enhanced office sanitization requirements that include:
Notices posted at all washing stations (bathrooms and kitchens) setting out Alberta Health Services guidelines for effective hand washing;
Notices posted at all workstations instructing office personnel to wipe with disinfectant cleaner all frequently touched surfaces (phone, keyboard, mouse, debit machines) regularly throughout the workday; and
Notices posted on bulletin boards regarding coughing etiquette.
Staff that are equipped to work remotely are permitted to work from home.
Eliminated all unnecessary business travel.
Employees returning from travel anywhere outside of Canada are not permitted to work at any of our offices or worksite (including customers’ sites) for 14 days after their return home and thereafter will only be permitted to return to work if they have been symptom free for a 14 day period.
